Graduate Diploma in International Trade from the Deakin University in Melbourne, Victoria Australia; and

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne in Melbourne, Victoria Australia.

He was also accepted to do a Ph.D. Degree in Economics at The Deakin University, Victoria Australia.

He had worked for many companies in different countries; mainly

(i) Lecturer in National Technical Center, Saigon Vietnam for 5 years,

(ii) as Civil/Geotechnical engineer for the Roads Construction Authority (VicRoads) for 13 years, and received the 1988 Bicentennial Award from the Roads Construction Authority (VicRoads) in Victoria Australia in 1988; and

(iii) as Transportation Engineer for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) in California USA for 9 years; and published more than 38 papers in bridge designs, soil dynamics, geotechnical earthquake engineering and tsunamis.

He has developed many new expressions in soil dynamics, water dynamics, geotechnical earthquake engineering, and tsunamis, e..g. dynamic stiffness, dynamic damping, dynamic soil mass, dynamic water mass, dynamic water stiffness, dynamic spring constants, dynamic tsunami height, dynamic excess pore water pressure, dynamic liquefaction factors and seismic impedance moments. Especially, he has recently suggested to using air bubbles to reduce tsunami heights to save human lives.

His current main research interests are soil dynamics, geotechnical earthquake engineering, tsunamis and biomechanical Engineering.

SERVICE FEES

"Every thing in life is Vibration" Albert Einstein

The Earth's frequency or rate of vibration was thought to be constant. When NASA started measuring this, it was at at 7.8 Hz, as Schumann resonant frequency of 7.83Hz.. Now, it is at 11.2 Hz, and has been measured as high as 14Hz. and is speeding up!. So, What is natural frequency of your body?

According to Dr. Robert O. Becker, M.D., in his book "The Body Electric", the human body has an electrical frequency and that much about a person's health can be determined by it. The frequency is the measurable rate of electricity flow that is constant between any two points. Every thing has frequency.

Dr. Royal R. Rife, MD, found that (i) every disease has a frequency, and (ii) certain frequencies can prevent the development of disease and the others would destroy diseases. Substances of higher frequency will destroy diseases of lower frequency.

The natural frequency of processed or canned foods is zero Hertz (Hz), so the processed or canned foods tend to lower healthy frequencies within the body towards degenerative diseases. Fresh foods and herbs have the natural frequencies from 20 to 27 Hz, while the natural frequencies of dried foods and herbs are from 15 to 22 Hz.

The natural frequency of human body could be the vital indicator of your health in the future  that everyone  must or need know because it combines much information about your body to improve if you could. A lot of videos are in youtube.com showing how to raise your natural frequencies.

Anyone who really wants to know your horizontal and vertical natural frequencies should provide the following information to me as follows:

(i) The minimum information that I need are Date of birth (DoB), location of birth, gender, career, weight and height, and
(ii)  the additional information are how much water do you drink a day, smoking or alcoholic drinking, any heath problems, e.g. cancer, missing organs, any iron deficiencies, any blood test results, physical exercises, bone density test results, lung capacities, any depressions, high blood pressure,  deep breathing techniques, etc., if possible.
Of course, The more information the better or more accurate result is.

Service fees for my services are as follows:

1. US$55 or EU$55 for the first time request.
